Bhakri is an unleavened flat bread from India's Gujrat region, but is popular in Maharashtra and Rajasthan too. It was made here with plain chapatti flour, but you can do it with other flours such as rice flour, sorghum flour, millet flour or a mixture of different flours. Bhakries are very easy to make and will last for more than a month in the fridge, as long as you hold them in an airtight container or plastic bag. Great for travelling and picnics.
