Sookhe Kale Chane or Dry Black Chickpea Curry is a tasty, spicy and popular North Indian Cuisine dish. It is made of Indian spices with fried, boiled black chickpeas. In the ingredients of this dish there is no onion and garlic used and hence it enjoys a virtual monopoly as a dish suitable for Navratras and other Indian festivals.
